The forth part is the beautiful three gorges of Yellow River. After impoundment of Xiaolangdi Project, the gorge from Xiaolangdi Project to Sanmenxia Project forms a wide water area with length of 128km, average width of 2.12km and area of 300km2, becoming the first high gorge lake in the north part of China. Bali gorge, Gushan gorge and Longfeng gorge of Yellow River formed in the lake area rivals the three gorges of Yangtze River in beauty.
