Introduction |
| 
The scenic spot of water of Xiaolangdi Project is located
at the last gorge exit in the middle reach of the Yellow River,
respectively 40km south of Luoyang city and 30km north of
Jiyuan city in Henan Province. Traffic to the spot is very
convenient with Nos. 310 and 207 National Roads, Lianyungang—Huoerzi
Express Way and Taiyuan—Marco Express Way under the way passing
at the side and Jiaozuo—zhicheng, Lanzhou—Lianyungang railways
not far away. This scenic sport is also at the center of golden
tourist line of “Three Points and One Line” of our country
spanning the south and north banks of the Yellow River. At
the south bank, there is north-eastern remainder of Mount
Xiao adjacent to Fen and Wei River Basin in the west and North
China Plain in the east. At the north bank, Mount Taihang
and Wangwu are located. The scenic spot, relying on Xioalangdi
Project, becomes an ecological garden with the characteristic
of mountain, water, trees and grass. Huanglushan at the south
bank is the highest point where the panorama of the Project
can be seen and the beauty of nature be appreciated. Xiaolangdi
Scenic Spot is really splendid for its beautiful scenery.
