| The total cost estimate is 2.197 billion RMB, including
500 million RMB financed by YRWHDC and the rest by the government.
Preparatory works were started in January 2003, with a schedule
of one year, while the main works were commenced in January
2004, with a schedule of 4.5 years. Total completion is scheduled
to happen in late June 2008.
